9v999's Commitment to Responsible Gaming
Enjoy entertainment, but within limits. 9v999 always places your safety and well-being above everything else.
Why Is Responsible Gaming Important?
Online betting and casino games can be an exciting form of entertainment — but only when enjoyed in a controlled and mindful way. 9v999 believes every player should know how to keep the experience enjoyable within healthy limits. Our responsible gaming policy empowers you to set those limits and seek help when needed.
Gambling or betting is never a reliable source of income. It is purely a form of entertainment. If you feel that betting is having a negative effect on your daily life, family relationships, or financial situation, contact our support team immediately.
The core of responsible gaming at 9v999 is this — set your budget, stick to your time limits, and keep a clear head instead of chasing losses. Remember, the chance of winning or losing is equal in every game, and each round is a completely independent event.

Our Protection Tools
9v999 provides several effective tools that help you stay in full control of your gaming.
Deposit Limit
Set the maximum amount you can deposit per day, per week, or per month. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit is subject to a 24-hour delay.
Loss Limit
If your losses exceed a set amount, the system will automatically pause your betting. This keeps your budget protected and prevents impulsive decisions.
Time-Out Feature
Take a break for a set period ranging from 1 day to 6 weeks. During a time-out, all betting on your account will be suspended and no promotional communications will be sent.
Self-Exclusion
If you want to close your account for an extended period, choose self-exclusion. Options range from 6 months to a permanent ban. This cannot be reversed while active.
Session Reminder
Turn on session reminders to be notified of how long you have been playing. Once the set time is reached, you will receive an alert — then it is your choice to take a break or continue.
Age Verification
9v999 verifies age at the time of registration. In cases of doubt, a national identity card or other government-issued document may be requested. Accounts belonging to minors are closed immediately.
Recognising the Signs of a Problem
If any of the following signs appear in your behaviour, take a break and seek help.
- Repeatedly betting more in an attempt to recover money lost from previous bets
- Wanting to stop playing but being unable to do so
- Hiding betting activity from family or friends
- Betting to cover expenses or repay debts
- Feeling restless or irritable when not betting
- Neglecting work, studies, or family responsibilities in order to bet
- Borrowing money or selling valuables to fund betting
Ask Yourself
Asking yourself these questions regularly can help identify a problem at an early stage.
Am I spending more than my budget allows?
Is betting affecting my peace of mind?
Am I spending less time with the people I care about because of betting?
Am I playing for entertainment or to recover money I have lost?
